as a family owned business, we have been open since the fall of 2003 under the direction of owners david & maggie lee. the lees opened the first naked tchopstix in broadripple, indiana with the intention of bringing the contemporary dining experiences of new york, chicago, and los angeles to their friends and family in indianapolis. through a fusion of refined and casual dining, the lees hope to elaborate on the traditional definitions and expectations of asian cuisine to surprise, excite, and satisfy the senses.
